Marsh, Fen and Reedbeds

Almost anywhere in the Valley you will be near water - and the winter-flooded Valley has extensive marshes and fens.
There are also huge areas of reeds
occupied by sedge and reed warblers, herons, egrets and smaller birds, including the rare Cetti's and Dartford Warblers.
You will also see Stonechats which are growing in number.
